子どもの安全基準
DanceMeetは、Google Playが定めるソーシャル／デーティングアプリ向け「子どもの安全基準（Child Safety Standards）」ポリシーへの対応として、本ページを公開しています。
1. 18歳未満の方のご利用について
DanceMeetは18歳以上の方を対象としたサービスであり、18歳未満の方はご利用いただけません（利用規約 第4条）。年齢の制限にかかわらず、子どもの安全を重要な取り組みの一つと位置付け、本基準を定めています。
2. 児童の性的虐待・搾取（CSAE）の禁止
DanceMeetは、児童の性的虐待・搾取（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE）および児童性的虐待コンテンツ（Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM）を厳格に禁止します。以下を含む行為・コンテンツは、利用規約 第11条に定める禁止事項に該当し、一切認められません。
- 児童の性的虐待・搾取に関連するコンテンツの投稿、共有、送信、勧誘
- 未成年者を性的に搾取する行為
- グルーミング（性的な目的で未成年者に接近し、信頼関係を築こうとする行為）その他、子どもの安全を脅かす行為
3. 通報の方法
DanceMeetには、利用者やコンテンツを通報する機能があります。本基準に反すると思われる利用者・投稿・コメントを見つけた場合は、アプリ内のプロフィール画面・募集詳細画面・コメントの各所から通報していただけます。
4. 違反への対応
本基準または利用規約への違反が確認されたコンテンツ・アカウントについては、内容に応じて、投稿の削除、利用制限、アカウントの停止・削除その他必要な安全措置を講じる場合があります（利用規約 第16条・第19条）。
5. 関係当局への対応
児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）その他の児童の性的搾取・虐待に関する事案を確認した場合、適用される法令に従い、必要に応じて適切な関係当局への報告および協力を行います（プライバシーポリシー 第5条）。

Child Safety Standards
DanceMeet publishes this page in response to Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for social and dating apps.
1. Users Under 18 Are Not Permitted
DanceMeet is a service intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may not use the service (see Article 4 of our Terms of Service). Regardless of any age requirement, we treat child safety as an important priority and have established these standards accordingly.
2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
DanceMeet strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following conduct and content are prohibited under Article 11 of our Terms of Service and are never permitted:
- Posting, sharing, sending, or soliciting content related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Sexually exploiting a minor in any way
- Grooming (approaching or building trust with a minor for a sexual purpose), or any other conduct that endangers child safety
3. How to Report
DanceMeet provides in-app reporting features for users and content. If you come across a user, post, or comment that you believe violates these standards, you can report it directly from the profile screen, the session detail screen, or the comment section within the app.
4. Our Response to Violations
When we confirm that content or an account violates these standards or our Terms of Service, we may take appropriate action depending on the severity, including removing the content, restricting the account, suspending or deleting the account, or taking other necessary safety measures (see Articles 16 and 19 of our Terms of Service).
5. Cooperation with Relevant Authorities
If we become aware of CSAM or other child sexual exploitation or abuse, we will report to and cooperate with the appropriate authorities as required by applicable laws (see Article 5 of our Privacy Policy).
